A mail order compounding pharmacy in Chattanooga, Tennessee is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Technician with specialized sterile compounding experience. Key Responsibilities:
Perform sterile compounding tasks adhering to pharmacy procedures and safety standards
Prepare medications accurately for mail order fulfillment
Follow USP guidelines and pharmacy protocols meticulously
Ensure precise labeling, packaging, and thorough documentation
Collaborate with pharmacists and pharmacy staff to support daily workflow
Maintain cleanliness and organization of compounding areas in compliance with regulations
Comply with all state, federal, and pharmacy regulations
Qualifications and Experience:
Active Tennessee Pharmacy Technician license required
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) designation mandatory
Proven experience in sterile compounding required
Previous experience in mail order or compounding pharmacies preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to work second shift, Monday to Friday
