We are a progressive, growth-focused dental practice seeking an experienced dental assistant with strong knowledge of general dentistry and a passion for exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the doctor chairside during a wide variety of dental procedures
  • Prepare and break down operatories efficiently and thoroughly
  • Take digital radiographs and intraoral photos
  • Maintain accurate clinical notes and documentation
  • Educate patients on treatment and post-op instructions
  • Ensure proper sterilization and infection control protocols
  • Anticipate clinical needs and help maintain smooth patient flow
  • Support team communication and contribute to positive office culture
  • Assist with organization, systems, and overall practice efficiency

Qualifications

  • Prior dental assisting experience required
  • Strong understanding of general dentistry procedures and terminology
  • Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
  • Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, professional, and growth-oriented
  • Experience with digital software, radiographs, and modern technology preferred
