Conduct a variety of clinical laboratory tests-ranging from chemistry to hematology and immunology-adhering to established protocols.

Ensure results are accurate, diagnose any discrepancies, and carry out preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.

Assist with collecting specimens and prepare samples for necessary testing.

Document all processes meticulously, guide new personnel or students, and maintain high standards of laboratory quality.

Uphold a clean and secure working environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree and ASCP/AMT certification eligibility.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) obtained within the first year of employment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare teams.
