As a CNC Lathe Operator, you'll play a vital role in producing high‑quality components that meet exact customer specifications. If you're a hands‑on problem-solver who enjoys precision work and modern machining technology, we'd love to have you on our team.What You'll Do

• Set up CNC Lathe machines for production runs
• Operate multiple CNC machines efficiently
• Dress and set tools for optimal cutting performance
• Troubleshoot machining issues and reduce non‑conformances
• Notify the Cell Lead when problems arise
• Use calipers, micrometers, and indicators during setups
• Apply basic math to determine and adjust tool offsets
• Read CMM reports to verify part quality and accuracy
• Perform daily 5S (cleaning and organization)
• Complete daily visual machine inspections
• Maintain proper coolant levels
• Assist with additional duties as needed

What You Bring

Education & Knowledge

• GED or High School Diploma required
• 1–3 years manufacturing experience
• Ability to read and perform basic math (8th‑grade level or higher)

Skills & Abilities

• Understanding of manufacturing quality principles
• Familiarity with process controls and instrumentation
• Experience using mechanical inspection tools
• Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities
• Good job knowledge with attention to detail
• Ability to follow copy‑exact procedures
• Understanding of OSHA compliance
