Job Overview

Now Hiring:

Barista $12.00/hr – 6:00am‑2:00pm. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to serve as Bistro Server in our hotel bar and lounge outlets. The role involves greeting guests, preparing coffee and beverages, and serving food courses.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all standard hotel varieties of coffee: regular, robust, decaf and hot water for tea.
• Stock coffee stations: creamers, sugar options, cups, lids, stirrers, and napkins; and restock as necessary during shift.
• Prepare orders as requested.
• Ensure complete knowledge of all liquor brands, wines, beers and non-alcoholic selections, correct glassware and garnishes.
• Prepare and serve food courses and beverages to guests.
• Make and serve coffee beverages.

Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Be courteous and respectful to guests, clients, co-workers.
• Be punctual, reliable and flexible with scheduling according to business needs.
