One of the nation’s leading roofing, siding, and exterior restoration companies is looking for driven individuals who want to build a long‑term career, not just a job.

NO PRIOR ROOFING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

If you have prior sales or door-to-door experience (particularly in home service industries such as solar, pest control, high speed internet/fiber, home security, hvac, exterior improvement, etc.), then you have the transferable skills to be successful in this role!

You will be responsible for working directly with homeowners and insurance companies to determine damage to the property, scope of repairs, bid and estimate jobs.

Responsibilities:

> Canvass and set up appointments.

> Use technology provided to create scope of loss or inspection reports.

> Act as a liaison between property owner, production manager, and insurance company.

> Be present at time of production to monitor the progress and quality of work being performed per scope of work.

> Oversee each project to the homeowner’s satisfaction and collect payment.

Qualifications:

> Self-starter who can work independently and is driven towards success.

> Friendly personality and effective communication required.

> Effective sales and presentation skills.

> Ability to carry, set-up and climb a ladder.

> Ability to safely walk a roof to perform inspections.

> Willing to work some evenings and weekend hours, based on business needs.

> Must be willing to travel or re-locate.

> Reliable Transportation.

Earnings Potential:

> Entry‑Level Roofing Sales Representative: $100,000–$165,000/year

> Experienced Roofing Sales Representative: $140,000–$200,000/year

> Sales Leadership: $200,000–$350,000+/year (NO CAP)
