Sales Team LeadJob Summary
A growing Orlando-based company is seeking a motivated, reliable, and sales-driven Sales Team Lead to support our real estate sales division while providing customer-facing support when needed.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in inside sales, call centers, customer service, retail sales, appointment setting, or real estate who is confident on the phone, organized with follow-up, and motivated to grow within a fast-paced team.
The ideal candidate is professional, persuasive, coachable, punctual, and enjoys helping a sales team stay organized, accountable, and focused on results.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads, prospects, property owners, potential sellers, and customers.
- Follow up consistently with leads to maintain strong communication and maximize conversion opportunities.
- Support real estate sales activities, including acquisitions, dispositions, seller communication, buyer coordination, and lead management.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, update notes, and track follow-up tasks.
- Identify high-priority leads, urgent follow-ups, and stalled opportunities that require attention.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure sales activities remain organized and efficient.
- Provide customer support for a local retail/service-based business when needed.
- Communicate daily progress, updates, and sales activity in a clear and professional manner.
- Help maintain accountability and consistency across the sales team.
