Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Phoenix, AZ, for a Primary Care Office/Billing Manager. The individual will oversee daily office operations, manage billing processes, and ensure smooth workflows across administrative and clinical teams. Responsibilities include coordinating staff schedules, optimising revenue cycle management, supervising patient billing and collections, and fostering positive interactions with patients and team members to maintain quality-driven service.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
- Experience in Medical Billing
- Experience working in a Primary care setting
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
- Experience with Accounting, particularly in billing, collections, and payroll processes
- Attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to lead a team and effectively manage conflict resolution
- Knowledge of healthcare billing systems, insurance verification, and revenue cycle management is a plus
- Familiarity with compliance regulations in a healthcare setting is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred
