As our team continues to grow, we're seeking a motivated Retail Marketing Associate who is eager to develop professionally in a collaborative, performance-driven environment.

This entry-level opportunity combines customer engagement, brand representation, and retail marketing. You'll work directly with consumers inside partnered retail locations, helping promote client offerings, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and contribute to campaign success. Comprehensive training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career.

This is a full-time, fully onsite position located in Brookfield, WI. Applicants should be local to the area or able to commute daily.

Responsibilities

• Represent nationally recognized client brands through professional, face-to-face customer interactions.
• Support in-store marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Educate customers on products, services, and current promotional offers.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while building positive, lasting relationships.
• Participate in daily training sessions, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
• Contribute to individual and team performance goals in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, marketing, or sales is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and accept coaching.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
• A team-oriented mindset with an interest in professional growth.
