Position Overview

As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative/Appointment Setter, you’ll serve as the first point of contact with homeowners by canvassing residential neighborhoods, introducing Allied Exteriors, creating interest, and setting qualified in-home appointments for our sales team.

This is a field-based, performance-driven role designed for individuals who enjoy direct interaction, working outdoors, and building confidence through face-to-face communication. Success in this position comes from consistency, resilience, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage homeowners professionally at the door.

You will receive structured training, daily coaching, and a proven door-to-door system designed to help you succeed and grow within the company.

What You’ll Do

Canvass residential neighborhoods door-to-door and engage homeowners face-to-face

Introduce Allied Exteriors’ premium metal roofing solutions with confidence and professionalism

Generate interest and set qualified in-home consultations (demos) for the sales team

Build rapport quickly with homeowners in a direct sales environment

Work outdoors daily while managing assigned neighborhoods and territories

Track appointments, activity, and performance metrics consistently

Represent the company with professionalism, energy, and a positive attitude

Follow proven canvassing and lead-generation systems provided during training

Must Have

Reliable transportation

Ability to work outdoors and walk neighborhoods for extended periods

Door-to-door sales or canvassing experience

Sales, lead generation, or customer-facing experience

Experience in appointment setting, roofing, construction, or home services industries
