Job Summary

The ARNG Equipment Analyst will support the Army National Guard equipment readiness and depot maintenance programs by tracking equipment movements, analyzing logistics data, and coordinating with maintenance offices nationwide using GCSS Army and AESIP. The ideal candidate has experience with Army logistics systems, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and the ability to deliver accurate reporting and analysis to support equipment sustainment operations.

Due to the nature of our work as a federal consulting organization, employees may be expected to handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and must adhere to applicable safeguarding and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide equipment readiness queries using GCSS‑Army and AESIP for all 54 States and Territories to support annual equipment data calls.

Track and monitor shipments and dispositions for assigned depot maintenance program equipment.

Provide database queries to ARNG G44 (M) in support of depot maintenance and core depot requirements.

Identify depot maintenance issues daily and forward them to the Government Depot Program Analyst.

Complete required training to gain access to AESIP and GCSS‑Army.

Coordinate with Surface Maintenance Offices nationwide regarding shipments, ship‑to address issues, equipment model updates, and equipment movement concerns.

Monitor ARNG 11N codes and equipment inventories across five depots.

Provide weekly status reports to the Government Depot Maintenance Analyst on all equipment movements scheduled for the fiscal year.
