They are crucial members of our national team, primarily focusing on transporting packages efficiently. Our drivers operate well-maintained trucks, delivering from one location to another or directly to customers on established routes, ensuring they return home at the end of their driving day.

What does it take to keep packages moving across the country and beyond?

• Flexible working hours including days, nights, and weekends
• Valid Class A CDL license in your home state
• Doubles/Triples endorsement may be required based on location
• Must pass a DOT physical
• Demonstrated reliability, responsibility, and a passion for trucking
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Compliance with UPS appearance guidelines, including wearing company-provided uniforms

*This is a seasonal role. Starting in a seasonal position at UPS could lead to permanent opportunities with even more benefits! A full-time driver can earn an average total compensation of $145,000 annually, including $0 healthcare premiums, up to seven weeks of paid vacation, and paid holidays, sick leave, and optional days. We also contribute to a defined-benefit pension plan for our employees.
