We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Industrial Maintenance Technician for Shift 3 to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs on manufacturing equipment including hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and mechanical components.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical diagnostics using schematics, electrical blueprint reading, and engineering troubleshooting techniques.
- Operate and maintain programmable logic controllers (PLCs), industrial control systems, and associated software to support automation processes.
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and manage spare parts inventory.
- Conduct precision measurements using instruments such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and other precision measuring devices to diagnose issues accurately.
- Repair and maintain HVAC/R systems, including troubleshooting low voltage and high voltage electrical components related to climate control systems.
- Use welding skills—including -specific welding techniques—and operate field service equipment such as scissor lifts safely.
- Analyze system failures through detailed analysis skills and implement effective solutions promptly to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on maintenance projects and provide technical support for manufacturing facility operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards related to electrical work, high voltage systems, and industrial mechanics.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working in manufacturing facilities with a strong understanding of industrial maintenance practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting pneumatic systems, hydraulics, and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency with schematics, electrical blueprint reading, and engineering troubleshooting methods.
- Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), CMMS software, HVAC/R systems, welding (including welding), and field service operations.
- Knowledge of industrial electrician practices including low voltage wiring and high voltage safety protocols.
- Ability to operate precision measuring instruments such as ammeters and ohmmeters effectively.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret technical data and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Excellent customer service orientation with clear communication skills in English; military experience is a plus but not required.
- Relevant certifications in industrial electrician work or mechanical maintenance are preferred; experience with manufacturing environments is highly valued.
