About the Role:

We are seeking compassionate, reliable Caregivers to join our team in San Jose, CA. We currently have many open shifts and are looking for caregivers who can start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Follow care plans and agency guidelines
• Report changes in client condition to supervisors

Qualifications:

• Experience as a caregiver, home health aide, or similar role (preferred but not required for some cases)
• Ability to pass background checks
• Reliable, patient, and compassionate
• Strong communication skills
