NOW HIRING: Temporary Event Concessions Staff for the Albertsons Boise Open | August 13-16, 2026

Hillcrest Country Club is seeking energetic, dependable, and hospitality-focused team members to support food and beverage operations during the Albertsons Boise Open.
If you have bartending, concessions, restaurant, catering, or hospitality experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a temporary event opportunity with shifts available throughout tournament week and nightly concerts.
Available Positions:
Positions may include a combination of the following based on experience and operational needs:
- Bartender
- Barback
- Concessions Attendant
- Food & Beverage Runner
- Event Setup & Reset
- Event Cleanup
What We're Looking For:
- Previous bartending, concessions, restaurant, catering, or hospitality experience preferred
- Bartending experience is highly preferred.
- Friendly and professional guest-service mindset
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Flexibility to work various shifts throughout the event
Applicants must be at least 19 years of age in accordance with Idaho alcohol service regulations.
Schedule:
Operations run approximately 6:00 AM to Midnight throughout tournament week.
- Typical shifts range from 8–10 hours
- Scheduling will vary based on event needs and staffing assignments
