Job Summary for Client Support Analyst:
The Client Support Analyst plays an important role in supporting daily store operations and delivering excellent customer service at Starbucks. This position involves preparing beverages, assisting customers, and ensuring smooth workflow in a fast-paced coffee shop environment. The role requires efficiency, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and welcoming store while providing high-quality products and service.
Responsibilities for Client Support Analyst:
- Prepare coffee, espresso, and cold beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Accurately take and process customer orders while handling cash and card transactions.
- Deliver friendly, prompt, and personalized customer service.
- Prepare food items and follow proper food safety and handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas.
- Restock cups, ingredients, and supplies throughout shifts.
- Assist with drive-thru operations when applicable.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment.
Qualifications for Client Support Analyst:
- Previous customer service or food service experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
