House of Harley-Davidson is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our Apparel & Licensing (MotorClothes®) team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys retail, fashion, and helping guests find the right riding gear and Harley-Davidson apparel.

As part of our team, you’ll create a welcoming, high-energy shopping experience while representing one of the most iconic brands in the world.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with selecting riding gear, apparel, footwear, and collectibles
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build guest relationships
• Accurately process sales transactions and handle cash
• Assist with boot and gear fitments
• Maintain organized, visually appealing merchandise displays
• Support sales goals, promotions, and basic social media content
• Stay informed on Harley-Davidson products and trends

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work on the sales floor for 8-hour shifts
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and assist with fitments
• Positive attitude and ability to work with a wide variety of people
• Passion for the Harley-Davidson brand and lifestyle

Pay Range is based on a base pay + commission that is not capped! The more you sell the more commission you make!

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
