Qualifications

  • 3 years of retail/customer service management experience or 4+ years of U.S. Military service
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales‑focused environment
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor staff with professional maturity
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED

Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be legally employed in your country
  • Ability to work full‑time (regular demands that exceed 40 hours per week) with variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
