Job Description:
Prevision Plumbing & Electrical is hiring Journeyman and Apprentice Plumbers for new construction projects across the Treasure Valley. We're a growing plumbing and electrical contractor with steady, local work on residential and commercial new builds — no long-distance travel required.
Journeyman Plumber Responsibilities:
Perform rough-in, top-out, and trim plumbing on new residential/commercial construction
Read blueprints and specs; ensure work meets IPC and local code
Install water supply, DWV, fixtures, and gas lines
Mentor and direct apprentice plumbers on-site
Ensure work passes inspection on the first attempt
Journeyman Requirements:
Valid Idaho Journeyman Plumber license (or reciprocity eligible)
3+ years of new construction plumbing experience
Own hand tools, valid driver's license
Apprentice Plumber Responsibilities:
Assist journeyman plumbers with rough-in, top-out, and trim work
Learn pipe systems and code requirements on the job
Complete required state-registered apprenticeship hours
Maintain a clean, safe job site
Apprentice Requirements:
Enrolled in or willing to enroll in a state-registered plumbing apprenticeship
Willingness to learn; basic tools a plus but not required
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
Pay & Benefits:
Journeyman: $30.00–$50.00/hour, DOE
Apprentice: $18.00–$28.00/hour, DOE
