Dental Assisting Instructor - Sparks, NV

We are in need of a Dental Assisting Instructor at our Sparks, NV location hosted at Champagne Family Dentistry. This includes clinical teaching on some Saturdays for our 10 week semesters.

The responsibilities you would be held accountable for are listed below:

• Prepare to facilitate class by reviewing and understanding the clinic stations.
• Prepare the dental office for class by setting up clinic stations.
• Facilitate clinic sessions by executing class checklists and completing each task in its entirety.
• Record grades, attendance and evaluations in the learning management system.
• Manage all classroom situations.

Position Qualifications:·

Ability to communicate effectively with students

• Positive, fun, and caring attitude
• HS Diploma/GED, Dental Assistant Certificates , & 2 years of clinical experience as a dental assistant
• CPR certificate

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $31.25 per hour

Work Location: In person
