Job Summary

We are looking for a professional, empathetic, and driven Telemarketing Agent to join a specialist corporate triage programme. This team helps company directors navigate complex financial challenges by providing a clear pathway to resolution. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for business leaders, acting as a critical bridge between their initial inquiry and the expert support they need. You won’t be giving advice; instead, you will be qualifying leads and ensuring every director is matched with the right outcome pathway at the right time

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound inquiries from company directors seeking guidance on their financial position.

Perform outbound calls to warm leads generated through targeted marketing campaigns.

Conduct structured triage conversations to qualify cases and assess the director's specific needs.

Accurately document all call activity, case notes, and lead information within the CRM.

Schedule follow-up appointments and facilitate seamless hand-offs to the specialist teams.

Proactively identify re-engagement opportunities within existing data sets.

Collaborate with the programme lead to provide performance updates and process feedback.

Assist with data management and lead tracking to ensure the pipeline remains organized.
