Are you a skilled bartender-server with a passion for craft cocktails and exceptional guest experiences? Pink Salt Restaurant & Lounge is seeking an energetic, guest-focused professional with at least 3 years experience in a fast-paced casual environment to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll combine your bartending expertise with attentive service skills to create memorable moments for our guests in a stylish, upscale environment.About Pink Salt Restaurant & Lounge:Pink Salt is a refined restaurant and lounge in the heart of Magnolia, Seattle, celebrating the art of Peruvian fusion cuisine paired with craft cocktails. Our sophisticated atmosphere and commitment to culinary excellence create the perfect backdrop for guests seeking an elevated dining and drinking experience.What You'll Do:Craft expertly-made cocktails with precision, creativity, and consistencyTake food and beverage orders with attentiveness and professionalismDeliver seamless service at the bar and lounge, managing multiple guests in a fast-paced settingBuild genuine connections with guests, anticipating their needs and preferencesMaintain an organized, clean bar workspace while adhering to safety and health standardsCollaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operationsAccurately enter all orders into the point-of-sale (POS, TOAST) system and communicate special requests to the culinary team.Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environmentDemonstrate strong knowledge of all menu items, daily specials and beverages offeringsAssist with inventory, stocking and requisitioning of bar products as neededAbility to remain composed and efficient in a fast-paced environment.Currently we have a full time position available meaning you will need a flexible schedule, the pay is $21.30 + tips which hourly combined goes between $50 to $70 dollars an hour on average with a free meal at the end of the day.
