Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage comprehensive accounting functions for our organization. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of financial record-keeping, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), and supporting the financial health of the company. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical accounting skills, experience with various accounting software, and a proactive approach to managing complex bookkeeping tasks. Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, including raw materials, labor, and overhead.
- Maintain and reconcile inventory accounts and cost records.
- Perform standard cost updates and variance analysis.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and operations teams to improve cost management.
- Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation.

- Collections
- Accounts Payable
- Bank Deposits
- Sales tax
- Bank Reconciliations
- Project management as needed
- Assist in preparation of expense reports
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Must be proficient in QuickBooks and Excel
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Knowledge of cost accounting and inventory accounting
- Experience with manufacturing a plus
- Excellent analytical, organizational and communications skills.
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
