Responsibilities

• Support menu planning by preparing components needed for daily service
• Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, portioning, and organizing ingredients

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders

Experience

• Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment is preferred, especially in roles involving food preparation or cooking
• Familiarity with dietary department procedures or dietary aide experience is a plus
• Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques are highly valued
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices is essential
