Caregiver Needed (Morning & After-School Care)
Seeking a dependable, nurturing caregiver with experience caring for young children. Responsibilities include assisting with morning routines (5:30 AM–7:30 AM), including waking the children, helping with ADLs such as brushing teeth, washing faces, dressing, grooming, and ensuring they are clean and ready for the day. The caregiver will transport the children safely, drop them off, and sign them into daycare/school.
Afternoon care is needed from 3:30 PM or 4:30 PM until 6:30 PM, including school/daycare pickup, providing a healthy snack, supervising the children, engaging them in calm, age-appropriate activities, and ensuring their safety until I return home from work.
I am willing to split this into two positions if needed. Applicants may apply for the morning shift, the afternoon shift, or both.
My children need assistance with their morning and after-school routines due to my work schedule. In the mornings preferably 5:30 am until 7:30am. They need help waking up, getting dressed, brushing their teeth, washing their faces, grooming (including moisturizing as needed), and preparing for the day. They also need assistance with other age-appropriate activities of daily living (ADLs), light snack in the am. Ensure they are clean, presentable, and ready for school/daycare. Transportation is needed to safely drop them off and ensure they are signed in.
In the afternoons, I need assistance from approximately 3:30 pm / 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM with picking them up from school/daycare, supervising them, providing a healthy snack, helping them transition and calm down after school, and ensuring they are safe and cared for until I return home from work.
I’m looking for someone who has experience caring for infants and young children. They should be patient, dependable, nurturing, and attentive to my children’s needs. I need someone who is reliable, punctual, and able to establish a consistent morning and after-school routine. They should be comfortable assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including helping my children wake up, brush their teeth, wash their faces, get dressed, groom their hair, and ensure they are clean and presentable. The caregiver should also be able to safely transport my children, communicate effectively with daycare/school staff, provide snacks ( on my behalf ) after pickup, supervise them, and create a calm, positive environment until I return home from work. CPR/First Aid certification and a clean driving record are preferred.
