We are seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our Home Health team in Mon Valley/Washington, PA and surrounding areas. This role offers the chance to directly provide patient care within homes, truly making a difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes as prescribed by the physician under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Promote and assist patients in a progression of care to achieve optimum patient involvement and independent maintenance of their needs in the least restrictive environment.
• Ensure quality and safe delivery of rehabilitation services.
• Ensure that physical therapy services are provided in accordance with Federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulations in order to demonstrate support for achieving the mission of the Agency.

Qualifications

• You are a graduate of a Physical Therapy Assistant Program curriculum accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
