Seasonal Contact Center Agent

Seeking Seasonal Contact Center Agents for a full-time remote position, responsible for answering inbound calls to support hurricane disaster relief needs while providing excellent customer service and assistance to individuals registering for disaster aid. Key responsibilities Serve as a direct point of contact for individuals registering for disaster assistance, providing instructions and referrals Conduct calls with patience and courtesy, entering information into a Windows-based database as required Escalate dissatisfied callers to the appropriate channels while maintaining a high level of professionalism Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Must be a U.S. Citizen At least 6 months of customer service-related experience Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Access to a high-speed internet connection with specified requirements
