We at Texas Instruments are seeking a motivated CMP Equipment Engineer to join our dynamic team. As the CMP Equipment Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining new and existing equipment related to chemical mechanical planarization processes (CMP). This position requires a strong technical background and keen analytical skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should bring a strong sense of initiative, innovation, and enthusiasm to the role. Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field• 5+ years of experience in CMP equipment engineering• In-depth knowledge of CMP equipment design and operation• Ability to troubleshoot and repair CMP equipment• Experience with automation and data analysis• Working knowledge of process control systems• Excellent communication and presentation skills • Must be able to work in a safe and responsible manner\n\nResponsibilities:
Develop and maintain CMP equipment to meet production demands.
Troubleshoot and repair CMP equipment when necessary.
Utilize automation to analyze data and optimize CMP processes.
Implement process control systems to ensure quality and efficient operation.
Maintain detailed records of CMP equipment performance and design updates.
Adhere to all safety and regulatory standards when working with CMP equipment.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Proactively identify areas of improvement and develop innovative solutions.
Participate in equipment design and engineering reviews.
Provide technical support and training to other engineers.
