What You’ll Do
- Complete patient intake: record vitals, review medications and allergies, gather social and family histories, and document accurately
- Assist providers with minor procedures, perform EKGs, administer immunizations, and handle phlebotomy and in-house lab processing
- Process prescription refills, prior authorizations, and return patient phone calls
- Relay lab results within your scope of practice
- Provide cross coverage as part of our Clinical Support Team — answering patient calls, scheduling appointments, processing refills, and relaying results with professionalism and care
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing or Medical Assisting program
- Current Nebraska LPN license or Medical Assistant certification
- Nebraska Medication Aide licensure preferred for MAs (we’ll help you obtain it if needed)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a medical clinic preferred
- Ability to work 7am-530pm during the week and rotating Saturdays
- Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for patient care
- Ability to work independently and stay calm under pressure
- Desire to grow in your career and assume additional responsibilities
