Role Description This full-time, on-site Fifth Grade Teacher role is located in St. Paul, MN. The teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the elementary curriculum, assess student progress, and adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs. Daily responsibilities include managing the classroom environment, supporting students’ academic and social-emotional development, and providing clear communication with families and guardians. The teacher will collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning, participate in school initiatives and professional development, and uphold the school’s values and policies. The role also includes maintaining accurate records, preparing learning materials, and supervising students during instructional and school-related activities.

Qualifications

• Curriculum Development and Elementary Education skills to design and implement age-appropriate, standards-based learning experiences.
• Teaching and Education experience with a strong understanding of instructional strategies and child development.
• Communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
• Relevant teaching license or certification for elementary education in the state of Minnesota.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Ability to create an inclusive, respectful classroom environment that supports diverse learners.
• Strong classroom management, organizational skills, and willingness to engage in ongoing professional growth.
• Comfort working within a Catholic school setting and supporting the school’s mission and values.
