Next Horizon is seeking a Junior Sales Representative to join our AT&T Fiber campaign. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who are ambitious, goal-oriented, and eager to gain valuable experience in sales, customer engagement, and business development.

As a Junior Sales Representative, you'll learn how to build customer relationships, identify needs, and present solutions that help customers make informed decisions. No previous sales experience is required, we provide the training and support needed for success.

Responsibilities of a Junior Sales Representative

• Engage with prospective customers to introduce AT&T Fiber solutions and discuss available service options tailored to their needs.
• Develop a strong understanding of AT&T Fiber products, service offerings, and promotional campaigns to effectively communicate value to customers.
• Assess customer preferences and connectivity requirements to recommend services that align with their household or business goals.
• Guide customers through the registration, enrollment, and account activation process while ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Keep detailed and organized records of customer conversations, enrollment activity, and follow-up communications.
• Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to support team initiatives, exceed performance expectations, and contribute to overall business growth.
• Take part in ongoing development opportunities focused on sales techniques, customer engagement, professional communication, and leadership skills.

Pay: $900.00 - $1,400.00 per week

Work Location: In person
