Job Description: Barista
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team at 3SIMPLE. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating exceptional coffee, bubble tea, and smoothie beverages for our valued customers. Your attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and commitment to quality will contribute to the overall success of our cafe.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee-based drinks, including espresso, cappuccinos, and lattes.
- Craft delicious bubble tea with precision, ensuring consistent flavor and texture.
- Blend and serve refreshing smoothies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service, taking orders, and engaging with patrons.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and efficient cafe environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Barista preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy hours.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
- Pay range: $9.5 to $11 per hour plus TIPS, based on experience.
