Key Qualifications:

Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license for Massachusetts

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required

Demonstrated experience working within schools (must-have)

Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities

Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans

Proficiency in record-keeping and progress documentation

Responsibilities: Provide speech and language assessments and therapy to K-12 students

Write, review, and update IEP goals and progress notes

Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support student growth

Deliver therapy sessions individually and in small groups

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts

Maintain compliance with all state and school guidelines
