Company Description

Farther is a rapidly growing RIA that combines expert advisors with cutting-edge technology - delivering a comprehensive, tailored wealth management experience.

Farther’s founders are leaders and innovators from the private wealth industry who possess a unique blend of traditional wealth management, fintech, and technology production expertise. We’re backed by top-tier venture capital firms, fintech investors, and industry leaders.

Joining Farther means joining a collaborative team of entrepreneurs who are passionate about helping their clients and our teammates achieve more. If you’re the type who breaks through walls to get things done the right way, we want to build the future of wealth management with you.

The Role

We're scaling fast and we need someone who keeps the whole operation running smoothly. This role blends office management, recruiting operations, and executive support — you'll be the glue that holds a lot of moving pieces together. One day you're scheduling panels across a packed hiring slate, the next you're coordinating office logistics for a new hire cohort or supporting the talent team on calendar and communications.

If you're highly organized and take pride in the details, this is a great opportunity to grow inside a fast-moving people team at a fintech company rewriting the playbook for wealth management.

This role will require 4 days a week in the NYC office.

Your Impact

Coordinate recruiting operations across the talent team — own scheduling for recruiter screens, hiring manager interviews, and Farther Day panels, with clean handoffs at every stage

Maintain data accuracy in Greenhouse: keep candidate stages updated, track notes, and flag any gaps for the recruiting team

Provide executive support to the Talent team and VP of People: help manage calendars, schedule internal and external meetings, and handle logistics for time-sensitive priorities

Manage day-to-day office operations, including supply ordering, vendor coordination, maintenance requests, and general facilities upkeep

Support office event logistics for prospective Advisors, building registration, guest access, room prep, and day-of hospitality

Support the new hire onboarding experience for NYC: workspace setup, badge access, day-one welcome, and office orientation

Continuously look for ways to streamline processes and use technology (including AI tools) to make the team more efficient

The Ideal Match

Takes initiative and ownership; spots problems, drives solutions, and genuinely cares about the impact on the team and the business.

Exceptionally organized with a strong attention to detail

Strong communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders at once without losing their cool

Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and no two days look the same

Tech-savvy and quick to pick up new tools (Greenhouse, Google Workspace, Slack, scheduling platforms)

Polished and professional — you're comfortable representing Farther to candidates, advisors, and executives

Bonus Points

Prior experience in recruiting coordination, executive assistance, or office management

Familiarity with Greenhouse or another ATS

Experience in a high-growth startup, fintech, or financial services environment

Background in event coordination, hospitality, or client-facing operations
