Towne Place Suites in Homewood, AL is looking for one front office manager to join our 20 person strong team. We are located on 400 Commons Drive. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front desk operations
• Manages Front Desk staff with training/customer service
• Handles guest issues
• Ensures compliance with hotel policies

Qualifications

• Must have worked in a hotel for 5+ years
• Computer experience
• Customer service experience
