Patch/Finish Roller Operator
The Patch/Finish Roller Operator is responsible for operating a roller to compact asphalt and ensure a smooth, finished surface. This position works closely with the paving crew to maintain quality, safety, and productivity on the job site.
Available OT/Traveling/Long Hours/Weekends

Responsibilities:
Operate the patch roller to smooth and finish the material.
Follow the paving crew to achieve proper smoothness.
Monitor the quality of the finished pavement.
Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues.
Follow all company and job site safety procedures.
Assist with other crew duties as needed.
