We are seeking a Senior Project Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a Department of the Navy (DoN) customer at Indian Head, MD. The Senior Project Management SME will specialize in the ability to guide complex technical initiatives from vision through completion in secure operational environments.
Responsibilities:
Direct cross-functional teams, including a variety of information technology and operational functions, to deliver high-impact solutions and ensure cohesive execution across all workstreams.
Anticipate project threats, develop mitigation plans, and maintain program stability during shifting priorities.
Coordinate communication between technical staff and executive stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment at every stage.
Define and uphold disciplined project management practices to support effective scheduling, budgeting, and resource use.
Oversee adherence to government and cybersecurity requirements, ensuring all work meets strict regulatory and facility-specific standards.
