Workday Finance & SCM Consultant

Client Domain: Health System

Location: Miramar, FL (Onsite – 5 Days per Week)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Expected Start Date: Approximately 4–6 Weeks After Offer (Due to Onboarding and Documentation Requirements)

Project Overview

Memorial Health System is seeking an experienced Workday Finance & Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant to support ongoing initiatives, active projects, system enhancements, reporting requirements, and day-to-day operational support.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Workday Financials and strong knowledge of Workday SCM, with hands-on experience in business process design, configuration, reporting, analytics, and project delivery. This role requires close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders and active participation in client-facing meetings.

Key Responsibilities

Workday Financials & SCM Support

• Provide hands-on support for Workday Financials and Supply Chain Management (SCM) functions.
• Create, maintain, and optimize Workday Business Processes (BPs).
• Develop and support Calculated Fields.
• Perform system configuration, enhancements, and optimization activities.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing operational support.

Reporting & Analytics

• Design, develop, and maintain Workday reporting solutions.
• Create and enhance Workday reports, including Prism Analytics reporting.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable analytics.

Project Support

Support ongoing Workday initiatives and projects, including:

• Adaptive Planning
• Vendor Portal
• Grants
• Hyland AP
• Additional project-related enhancements and extensions

Leadership & Collaboration

• Collaborate with business and technical teams across multiple initiatives.
• Coordinate project activities and support successful project execution.
• Provide guidance and leadership based on prior team lead or people management experience.
• Engage effectively with stakeholders in a highly collaborative environment.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Financials.
• Working knowledge of Workday Supply Chain Management (SCM).
• Experience creating, configuring, and supporting:

o Workday Business Processes (BPs)

o Calculated Fields

o Workday Reporting

o Prism Analytics

• Experience supporting Workday projects, enhancements, and operational activities.
• Hands-on Workday configuration experience.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a client-facing environment and participating in meetings with camera enabled.
