Nurse Residency Program Coordinator

The Nurse Residency Program (NRP) Coordinator is a Registered Nurse with clinical and instructional expertise responsible for overseeing and coordinating the Nurse Residency Program. In collaboration with nurse educators, this role plans, implements, evaluates, and supports the NRP, provides coaching and mentorship to nurse residents, and communicates with Nurse Managers as needed. The Coordinator also supports hospital education department activities, including the facilitation of training sessions as assigned, and applies professional standards and evidence-based practice within an interdisciplinary setting.
