Your responsibilities in this position will be to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering our unique-tasting products securely and on time. On your daily route, you will be responsible for picking up and delivering items from the storage area designated by retail partners. Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing and collecting any products set aside for return to the sales center. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work for a stable, growing organization with a local distribution pattern.

Responsibilities include:

• Following all safety procedures is mandatory, particularly while commuting to and from the Sales Center and meeting customers on the way throughout the day.
• Conduct all deliveries to stores safely, efficiently, and with the goal of resupplying customer inventories.
• With the guidance of the warehouse/backroom supervisor, carry out an examination of store delivery inventory to compare it with the invoiced amount.
• Establish the conformity of the truck inventory with the load-out report.
• Safely and conveniently arranges the back rooms or stock areas within the storage space.
• Retrieve and return pallets, shells, and designated products during each delivery run.

Requirements:

• Participation is exclusively open to those who have attained 21 years or above
• To be considered, it's crucial to possess a valid Class A CDL license
• A driving record that meets Swires' vehicle policy requirements is necessary to conform to the established standards
• Preparedness to work on weekends, nights and holidays based on the business's requirements to achieve its goals
• Aiming to possess the physical prowess to lift objects of 50 pounds or less
