Professional Requirements
- Active Ohio Occupational Therapist (OT) License (Ohio OTPTAT Board)
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid Ohio Driver’s License; travel required for home and community visits
- Experience working with infants, toddlers, or families
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations of fine motor, sensory, and self‑care skills
- Provide family‑centered therapy in homes, childcare centers, and community settings
- Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs)
- Coach and support parents and caregivers using evidence‑based strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to state and Early Intervention guidelines
- Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, service coordinators, and other team members
