Role Description: The Administrative Coordinator will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations in Walker, MI.
Part-time - $22-$27 hourly
Monday - Friday 9am - 2pm
Responsibilities:
- Answering Phones
- Ordering Office supplies
- Manage employee expense reports
- Entering Invoices into QuickBooks
- Setting up new customers/vendors in QuickBooks
- HR paperwork management
- Compliance documentation management for vendor compliance
- Gathering documentation for renewals, uploading insurance declaration pages to third-party compliance sites, and getting the company vehicles registration renewed
- Person should be personable, have strong computer skills, and be a good communicator (written & oral)
- QuickBooks experience would be good - Not a must
- Individual needs to practice discretion due to the sensitive nature of the information they may handle
