Role Description: The Administrative Coordinator will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations in Walker, MI.

Part-time - $22-$27 hourly

Monday - Friday 9am - 2pm

Responsibilities:

  • Answering Phones
  • Ordering Office supplies
  • Manage employee expense reports
  • Entering Invoices into QuickBooks
  • Setting up new customers/vendors in QuickBooks
  • HR paperwork management
  • Compliance documentation management for vendor compliance
  • Gathering documentation for renewals, uploading insurance declaration pages to third-party compliance sites, and getting the company vehicles registration renewed
  • Person should be personable, have strong computer skills, and be a good communicator (written & oral)
  • QuickBooks experience would be good - Not a must
  • Individual needs to practice discretion due to the sensitive nature of the information they may handle
