Your Role Includes:

• Employing radiographic and CT techniques to acquire high-definition diagnostic images for medical evaluation
• Team up with radiologists and healthcare professionals to ensure precise diagnostic outcomes
• Position patients accurately and calibrate equipment for exceptional imaging quality
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols for the protection of patients and staff alike
• Keep up-to-date records, including imaging logs and maintenance of equipment
• Deliver compassionate care and support throughout the imaging journey
• Contribute to a safe, well-organized, and efficient imaging environment

Qualifications:

• A minimum of an Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree is advantageous
• Graduate of an accredited radiology program

Certification Requirements:

• ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography) is necessary
• Current BLS certification or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire

Essential Skills:

• Thorough knowledge of diagnostic imaging protocols and safety regulations
• Exceptional communication abilities with both patients and interdisciplinary teams
• Aptitude for fast-paced environments and a knack for embracing change
• Detail-oriented approach with a strong sense of responsibility
• Familiarity with PACS, RIS, and contemporary imaging technologies
