Associate Director, Substation

The Opportunity

Ulteig is excited to announce that we are seeking qualified candidates for an Associate Director position in our Substation Department. This role will primarily focus on advancing Key Client opportunities and ensuring strong execution across priority substation work. The Associate Director will partner closely with Sales, Project Management, technical engineering managers, and multidisciplinary teams to support client growth, proposal strategy, project delivery, and long-term relationship development. This position will also provide leadership to technical teams and support selected projects as a lead engineer when needed.
