Project Accountant

We are looking for an experienced Family office Bookkeeper to join our team in Miami, Florida in Coral Gables. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in working with High Net Worth Individuals and managing their accounting and financial projects. The successful candidate will oversee financial aspects for the family trusts, monthly and annual budgets, and track expensing. THIS IS AN ONSITE ROLE with salary and benefits. Responsibilities:• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for multiple construction and commercial projects.• Analyze project costs and budgets to ensure alignment with financial goals.• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes related to ongoing projects.• Collaborate with project managers to track and report on financial progress.• Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and industry regulations.• Utilize software such as Yardi Voyager a PLUS. • Monitor and reconcile financial discrepancies across multiple properties.• Generate detailed financial reports for stakeholders and senior management.• Coordinate with external auditors during project reviews.• Travel to various project sites to oversee financial operationQUALIFIED CANDIDATES SHOULD APPLY AND REACH OUT TO STEFANIE FURNISS 786-897-7903
