ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

I opened my agency in December 2023 and currently lead a growing team of two. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, where I developed a passion for helping customers, building relationships, and creating opportunities for others to succeed. I'm also a second-generation State Farm agent, so serving customers and supporting the community has always been a part of my life.

I was born and raised in Buffalo, New York, and am proud to serve the community I call home. Outside of work, I enjoy skiing, traveling, golfing, and spending time with family and friends. Community involvement is a major part of our agency culture. We proudly support organizations and events throughout the area, including the Buffalo Bisons, the Clarence Youth Baseball League, local charity events, and community fundraisers. ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jacob Czaja - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
