PTA - Outpatient Clinic

We're looking for a compassionate, Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support our mission of restoring function and rebuilding lives.

• Support patients and staff in delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatments
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and mobility training
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and confidential environment at all times
• Motivate and assist patients in achieving their rehab goals
• Clinic Support & Coordination
• Help with treatment setup and daily clinic operations
• Keep the clinic clean, organized, and welcoming
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and support front desk tasks as needed

Outreach & Marketing

• Assist with clinic promotions-making calls or visits to physicians, local businesses, and schools
• Represent the clinic at community wellness events and outreach opportunities

Active Wisconsin PTA License

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)
• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred (but new grads with passion are encouraged to apply!)
