Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: San Dimas, CA

Salary: $100,000–$130,000/year (Negotiable based on experience)

Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time | Flexible Scheduling Available

What You’ll Do:

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)

Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

Supervise and mentor RBTs/BTs (2-tier & 3-tier models)

Provide parent/caregiver training and support

Monitor client progress and ensure treatment fidelity

Complete reports and documentation in a timely manner

What We’re Looking For:

Active BCBA certification (required)

Master’s degree in ABA or related field

Experience supervising clinical staff and managing cases

Strong communication and leadership skills

(Bilingual-Spanish is a PLUS!)

Bonus Experience:

Autism Spectrum Disorder services

Home, clinic, or school-based ABA
