Roofing Service Manager

HRS is looking for a Roofing Service Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our commercial roofing service and maintenance department. This role is responsible for keeping service work organized, planned, scheduled, executed, and closed out in a consistent way. The Service Manager owns the department’s day-to-day operations, including backlog management, WIP, scheduling, scope discipline, customer communication, team coordination, and job closeout.
