Role Mission: The After School Program Coordinator will design and coordinate after school programming for priority students, focusing on academic support, enrichment opportunities, and college/career readiness. Site Coordinators will ensure 100% of student and parent involvement goals are met by developing well‐rounded programming opportunities in academic support, college readiness, and enrichment. SCs will work with campus principals to ensure After School Programs enhance the vision and priorities of the school and serve as a business partner to other IDEA stakeholders, at the campus level, district level, and with external partners.
This position is grant-funded with 21st Century funds. This is a grant-funded position and funding may be extended. A grant-funded position has no guarantee of ongoing and indefinite employment. All duties and
responsibilities tied to this position are allowable and allocable to the grant. The employee will work solely (100%) on allowable activities outlined in the grant program

Compensation:
Salaries for people entering this role typically fall between $55,174 and $63,450, commensurate with relevant experience and qualifications and in alignment with internal equity. This role is also eligible for a performance bonus based on organizational performance and goal attainment.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree OR 2+ years of relevant experience
Experience: Experience working with students (preferred)
Experience with Project Management (preferred)
Experience managing other to achieve goals (preferred)
Proven track record of success
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
